01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Hijabee platform at hijabee.live, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Hijabee. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Hijabee platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Hijabee, including but not limited to Live casino games, Shade Dragon Fishing, Ezugi Live, Racing, Dice, 3 Gods Fishing, the VIP program, and any promotional offers or bonuses made available to registered players.

02 Eligibility

To open and use a Hijabee account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Hijabee does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing Hijabee from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Hijabee employee or contractor.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended Hijabee account that was terminated due to a breach of these terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Hijabee reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If you cannot confirm your age when asked, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. Winnings generated by a player who is found to be underage will be forfeited in full.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Hijabee account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering on Hijabee, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Hijabee is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Hijabee login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. • Account registration is free and takes under three minutes.
• You must use a valid bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number that belongs to you for payment purposes.
• Hijabee may require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal.
• Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Hijabee supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Hijabee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits on Hijabee are typically credited to your account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact Hijabee support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate promptly.

Withdrawal requests are processed within two hours for standard accounts during normal operating hours. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. There is no maximum for verified accounts.
• Hijabee may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure, not a penalty.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.
• Hijabee reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if additional security checks are required.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Hijabee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general rules apply to all Hijabee bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20× before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a BDT 1,000 bonus requires BDT 20,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 100%. Fishing games contribute 80%. Racing and Dice contribute 50%. Check individual promotion pages for exact contribution rates.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used within 7 days of being credited will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your Hijabee account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while one is active will forfeit the previous bonus.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet is BDT 500. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Abuse: Hijabee monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and winnings removed.

Hijabee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.

06 Game Rules & Conduct

All games available on Hijabee — including Live casino, Shade Dragon Fishing, Ezugi Live, Racing, Dice, and 3 Gods Fishing — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

Game results on Hijabee are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as streamed in real time. Hijabee does not manipulate game outcomes. If you believe a game result is incorrect, contact support within 24 hours with the relevant game round ID.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned.
• Hijabee is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's internet connection issues during a game session.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hijabee. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on Hijabee, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account details without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to launder money or use Hijabee for any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Hijabee staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account or Hijabee's backend systems without authorisation.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Hijabee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Chargebacks initiated against Hijabee deposits without prior contact with support.
• Abusive behaviour directed at Hijabee staff or other players.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified via the email address registered to your account. You may appeal a suspension by contacting Hijabee support at [email protected]. Appeals are reviewed within five business days.

If you wish to close your own Hijabee account voluntarily, contact support via live chat or email. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks. Accounts closed at the player's request can be reopened by contacting support, subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.

09 Privacy & Data

Hijabee collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on Hijabee, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Hijabee uses your data to verify your identity, process payments, provide customer support, and send you relevant promotional communications (where you have opted in). 10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

Hijabee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hijabee's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Hijabee is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from a player's internet connection failure during a game session.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

Nothing in these terms limits Hijabee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to Terms

Hijabee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes, Hijabee will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Hijabee platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using Hijabee and may request account closure by contacting support.
